CNC machining of metals (milling and turning)

Precision CNC machining of aluminium and other metals in medium and large production runs using a robotised machine park (Mori Seiki, Mazak, Hyundai, Makino). Capacity of over 1,000 parts per day per CNC machine.

Sheet metal forming (stamping)

Sheet metal forming on eccentric presses using progressive tools for the production of complex parts made of steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminium.

Assembly and mounting

Assembly and mounting of products into subassemblies and final modules with functional testing. Focus on electric motor subassemblies and components for small household appliances.

Die casting

Organisation of aluminium die casting with qualified partners, including comprehensive post-processing of high-quality castings.

FSW welding

A modern Friction Stir Welding (FSW) solid-state welding process for joining materials, in which a rotating tool generates frictional heat that softens and mechanically works the material in the joint area without melting.

Plastic injection moulding (conventional and In-Mold Labeling)

Plastic injection moulding (conventional and In-Mold Labeling)
